OUTLaw is an organization for students of all sexual orientations, whose primary purpose is to connect the LGBT and ally communities within the law school with the greater Los Angeles communities.

Mission Statement

OUTLaw is dedicated to promoting the interests of gay, lesbian, bisexual, transgendered, intersexed, and questioning students at USC Law on campus and throughout the greater legal community. By representing student interests to the Student Bar Association ("SBA"), deans and professors, OUTLaw seeks to create an environment, both academic and social, which encourages our community to mature and to excel. By developing our connections with the alumni family and with local organizations, such as the Lesbian & Gay Lawyers. Association of Los Angeles ("LGLA"), and with national organizations, such as Lambda Legal and the National Lesbian & Gay Task Force, OUTLaw seeks to extend that representation nationally. Above all, OUTLaw promotes equality and social progress for the gay and lesbian community here at USC Law School.
