Fee Includes

Ticket holders gain admittance to the day-long Conference, which includes a continental breakfast, luncheon, and networking refreshment breaks. Ticket holders also receive a copy of the Conference Syllabus (an up-to-date volume of outlines, articles, essays, briefs and other practical materials prepared by our speakers). The Syllabus is provided in both print format and as a download available prior to the Conference. It includes a copy of our annual Resource Guide (an Estates and Trusts Professional Directory covering Los Angeles, Orange and San Diego counties).

Badge Pick-Up

Badges will be held at Will Call. No badges will be mailed.

Parking and Accommodations

Discounted parking for the Conference is available at the hotel valet at a rate of $22 per day with validation. Standard and overnight valet parking is $40 per day. Self parking is available for $9.35 with validation at Pershing Square, located across the street from the hotel at 530 South Olive Street.

 

If you plan to stay at the Millennium Biltmore Hotel, you will need to make your own reservation by calling (800) 245-8673. There are a limited number of guest rooms available at a special rate for Conference attendees. When calling to make your reservations, inform the Hotel that you are with the USC Gould School of Law Trust and Estate Conference.

Refunds

Refund requests must be in writing and postmarked, faxed or emailed no later than October 26, 2012 to:

Refund requests must be accompanied by the registrant's Social Security Number (or Federal Identification Number if the registrant was a firm or corporation). A $100 processing fee ($25 for student registrations) will be deducted from all refunds. Refunds will be processed following the Conference.
