Your exhibit must be ready by 7:15 a.m., as we expect our attendees to arrive promptly at 7:30 a.m. when registration opens. There is only one exhibiting organization per table. All exhibits must be tabletop only. No signs or banners may be affixed to the walls of the hotel.

We will provide a 6-foot draped rectangular table and one chair for each exhibitor. The tables may not be moved from their assigned locations due to fire regulations.

The hotel can accommodate most requests for special equipment, telephone and electrical requirements. It is the exhibitor's responsibility to pay for these services. However, there is no charge if you require an electrical outlet. We suggest you bring a power strip. Your requests must be made no later than October 26, 2012.
