Fee Includes
Forum program, luncheon, refreshment breaks, and a copy of the Forum Syllabus (an up-to-date volume of outlines, articles, essays, briefs and other topical materials prepared by our speakers).
Breakfast Session
If you would like to amend your registration to include the breakfast session please fill out the Breakfast Registration Form and return it by fax to 213-743-1830.
Badge Pick-Up
All Badges will be held at Registration. Badges will not be mailed.
Hotel Parking and Accomodations
We recommend self-parking at Pershing Square, located across the street from the hotel at 530 South Olive St. for $9.35 with validation obtained in the Registration area of the Forum. Limited valet parking will be available at the Millennium Biltmore garage for $22 with validation obtained in the Registration area of the Forum.
If you plan to stay at the Millennium Biltmore Hotel, you will need to make your own reservations for sleeping accommodations. The reservations number at the hotel is (213) 612-1545, and their web site may be found at www.millenniunhotels.com.
Refunds
Refunds (less a $100 processing fee, $25 for students) will be made in response to written requests postmarked, faxed or emailed to us by March 18, 2009. All refund requests must be accompanied by the registrant's Social Security number or the firm's Federal Tax Identification number for accounting purposes.
