Registration Information

• How do I register?

  You can register by clicking on Register Now.

• How much does registration cost?

  The registration fees are outlined in Registration Information.

• What do I get with my registration?

  Your fee includes the Forum program, luncheon, refreshment breaks, and a copy of the Forum Syllabus (a volume of outlines, articles, forms and practical information prepared by our speakers) in print and CD-ROM formats.

• How do I get my nametag?

  All badges will be held at Will Call, which is located in the Tiffany Room on the Lobby Level of the Hotel. No badges will be mailed.

Refunds

• How do I request a refund?

  Refund requests may be emailed to cle@law.usc.edu with the subject line REI Refund. All refund requests must be accompanied by the registrant's Social Security number (or Federal Identification number if the refund is for a firm or corporation). A processing fee of $100 ($25 for student registrations) will be deducted from all refunds.

• When will refunds be processed?

  All requests will be processed following the Institute and must be postmarked, faxed or emailed to us on or before March 18, 2009.

Parking

We recommend self-parking at Pershing Square, located across the street from the hotel at 530 South Olive St. for $9.35 with validation obtained in the Registration area of the Forum. Limited valet parking will be available at the Millennium Biltmore garage for $22 with validation obtained in the Registration area of the Forum.

If you plan to stay in the hotel, note that overnight rates will apply. You are entitled to in and out priveleges if you pay the overnight rates.
