Campus Housing

Summer Law & English Program participants who choose to live on-campus will live in fully furnished one or two-bedroom apartments that are safe, secure and convenient at a university owned apartment complex, Webb Tower. Webb Tower is a 14-story campus landmark (USC's tallest housing building), providing guests with spectacular view of the city. It is located on Jefferson and McClintock and is about 10-minutes walking distance from the Law School. Students may choose to share a bedroom or have a private bedroom in the apartment. USC housing is not mandatory; however, it provides students who then plan to enter into our master’s programs with adequate time to secure permanent housing prior to the beginning of the program.

Webb Tower (WTO)

During 2005, Webb was completely renovated and each apartment has new furniture, upgraded kitchens and bathrooms, new flooring, lighting and wall treatments. Each floor has just eight apartments, which fosters tight-knit communities. It’s excellent location near the Lyon Recreation Center and wide variety of floor plans help to explain why it is so popular with students. While there is no parking specifically designated for Webb, a large university parking structure is located nearby. Living room areas now have wireless internet and all apartment doors have card reader locks. New common laundry and lounge rooms were added for our guest's comfort and convenience. These apartments have a full kitchen (oven, stove, and refrigerator), private bathroom, a living room and dining area. All apartments come equipped with a kitchen so that you may prepare meals in your room or you may eat at any of the many campus restaurants. All USC housing units are non-smoking facilities. Students may also choose an optional meal plan for the on-campus dining hall.

The cost for housing is $1,450 per person for a shared apartment and $1,950 per person for a private apartment. If you would like to request housing, a separate $100 housing application fee is required. Please see the Housing Request section of the online application form for various apartment options and required housing fees.  All housing fees are non-refundable, unless we are unable to reserve a space for you or your visa is denied. If housing is full, we will notify you and ask if you wish to be placed on a waiting list or if you would like to cancel your reservation. All housing prices are estimated. USC housing prices may change without notice.

Other Housing Options

For students who choose not to live on campus (individuals, couples, families and those with special needs), hotel accommodations and private apartments are available nearby. For information about private housing arrangements, please read the information included with your student visa I-20 packet.
