USC Law Alumni Profile

Dan Woods

Nina Sacks, Class of 2005

Fondest memory of law school: “Either the 3L class trip to Vegas or Dean Spitzer’s keg stand.

Where do you work? What are you up to?

I am working at Baker & Hostetler primarily doing securities work.  I was recently engaged, so I'm trying to juggle work and wedding planning.  I just hope that I won't accidentally file the contract with my photographer as an exhibit to a 10-Q.

What is your fondest memory of law school?

I can't decide...either the 3L class trip to Vegas or Dean Spitzer's keg stand.

Which course was the most challenging for you (and why)?

I found all law school classes to be challenging because they encouraged me to think about things in an entirely new way.  However, if I have to pick one course, I would pick Law, Language and Ethics because I could never quite figure out what was going on.

Why do you stay involved with the law school?

Because they were the three greatest years of my life and the only way I can relive them is to plan and attend Alumni Bar Reviews.
